    Deadlift 12-9-6 @ 225 w/1min rest between sets

    WOD:
    6 rounds + 2 GH Raises
    Need to work on the depth of my squats--I maybe going too low, which increases the time it takes me to cycle. Tried to do all 5 thrusters unbroken--rounds 5 & 6 were broken. GH Raises were hard on the thighs since the GHD I was using didn't have rotating pads--wicked carpet burn.
