    Back Squat Warm up:
    135x10
    155x8
    175x6

    Back Squat:
    195/215/230

    Nate:
    12 rounds + 4 HSPU
    Used a 62# KB since it was the heaviest one. Paced myself throughout the workout instead of going at a suicidal pace I wouldn't be able to maintain throughout. Grip was starting to tire on the KBS. Thank goodness I only had to do 8 at a time. First 2 rounds of HSPU were strict; all remaining were kipping.
