    Right side of my lower back was acting up. It's probably from shoveling the driveway. This really slowed down my deadlifts. After the first round, I had to do single deadlifts to deal with the pain. The pain in my back also affected my squats slightly. I could really feel the tightness during the squats and did my best to do the squats unbroken--2 rounds of squats were broken.
