This is a collection of my thoughts and observations that I've made throughout my CrossFitting career. With the growing popularity of CrossFit, new boxes are springing up everywhere but the quality of coaching is still lagging behind. This can be easily fixed by actively discussing various topics that will help improve the quality of our coaching. The goal is to improve your understanding of human movement so that you can better coach any athlete that walks through your doors.
Haven't created a WOD on the spot in a while. The WOD should have used 35#/1pood instead. Also should have replaced sit ups with double unders since the renegade row is partially a core exercise. Or should have replaced sit ups with either dumbbell squat cleans or dumbbell thrusters.
I originally planned this WOD to be a 20min AMRAP, but after the first round of renegade rows I knew it would be tough. That's why I shortened it to 5 rounds and recommend 1pood weight for future iterations.
