  1. Took a break from deadlifts today since I had difficulty with back squats yesterday.

    20 Unbroken C2B Pull Ups are very difficult. I did 10+ before dropping off, then I broke the remaining up to get 20.

    Burpees:
    1: 12
    2: 12
    3: 11
    4: 12
    5: 12

    Arms and upper body full of blood after pull ups and made the burpees harder to do fast.
