10x30sec sprints--all out efforts. Damper setting is choice. 2 min recovery between sprints.

  1. I deadlifted for the hell of it today. Good thing, because I got a PR.

    315x3
    385x1 (PR)
    Next week I'll alter the programming slightly and increase reps at the lower weights before I go for a new PR.

    Row: 10x30s sprints +20# vest:
    1751m

    I've discovered that rowing is harder for sustained distances, at least for me. This WOD didn't seem as hard as 10x30s sprints uphill. I was way more winded doing hill repeats than this WOD and I was pushing myself hard--average 150m every 30s. Still a solid workout.
