Since I never did this WOD when I went to Andrews (I did the daily WOD with Cody instead), I'll give this one a try. I'm also incorporating daily deadlifts so I can reach my goal of deadlifting 400# by the end of the year. I need to deadlift a minimum of 320# every day when I'm doing full deadlifts and less if I'm doing halting deadlifts. We'll see how my body adapts. And if I need to back off to let my body recover, I will. But 400# is going down this year!

Warm Up:
3x3 Deadlift

6 Rounds For Time:
12 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5 pood
8 Ring Dips
4 Handstand Push ups
