  1. 4:00.52. PR by 24 minutes...but not the time I wanted (3:30.00). Interesting results...cardiovascular system was not taxed during the run, but my calves and thighs started to seize up around mile 18. Able to fend the charlie horses off the rest of the marathon, but my time suffered significantly. I would run until my muscles twinged, then would walk until they calmed down, and then run again. Will probably transition to a strength & CF Endurance bias to see what results I can obtain. Need to figure out why the muscles started seizing before my cardiovascular system was stressed especially with all the Crossfit. I may not be pushing the muscular system hard enough during the WODs to see a significant adaptation.
