Whats up? I am currently at Ali Al Salem Air Base trying to catch a flight to Qatar. The Army Changed my assignment when I got here. I am going to be a GLO at one of the Air Bases. I'll find out which one as soon as I get there. Will be working out once I get settled.

ReplyDeleteVery interesting results using Pose Method and 180BPM to run to. Perceived rate of effort was very low. Spent most of my time focusing on maintaining stride cadence instead of stride length. Still trying to reteach my body the new stride cadence. May try a weight vest for the next interval session to see what perceived rate of effort will be.
