ReplyDelete2.26mi--ran less distance (2.53mi last time). Still experimenting with 90 strides per minute and retraining the body to run more efficiently with this shorter stride. Easier to maintain a faster pace at 90 strides per minute than a slower pace. Need to focus on maintaining the quick turnover AND covering more distance. Distance is suffering at the expense of trying to increase efficiency and proper running form.

ReplyDelete7 rnds + 5 burpees. Last round I didn't stand all the way up before lateral jumping, which sped of the cycle time. Should have done that earlier, could have gotten a few more rounds.
