Rest 5min, then:

10min AMRAP
3 Power Cleans, 155#
6 Push Ups
9 Toes to Bar

    Grace (30 reps 135 # clean and jerk) - 6:30
    rest 5 min then:
    2 min Burpees rest 2 min
    2 min row (calories) rest 2 min
    2 min pullups rest 2 min
    2 min slam ball
    Total reps = 101 = SMOKED!!!!
